Welcome to Season 6, episode 11 of RuPaul’s Drag Race: “Glitter Ball”! We missed this episode last week in Kauai, and watched it last night. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) I already knew who got eliminated via Instagram since I follow a bunch of club kids and drag queens and drag queen superfans. Spoiler alert: it’s BenDeLaCreme! The other Seattle queen! Boooooo. In this episode the queens decorate puppets that look like their fellow contestants and read them to filth (DeLa won), Khloe Kardashian and Bob Mackie are the guest judges, and Courtney Act wears a fabulous red sparkling outfit for her final runway look that (rightly) earns praise. BUT LET’S TALK ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS THAT DELA LOST TO DARIENNE. I mean, what were those runway looks Darienne had on? Are you kidding me? I knew going into the episode that DeLa lost but I certainly didn’t expect her to lose to Darienne and THOSE RUNWAY OUTFITS, UGHMMMFFFF.

Anyway. So long to another one of my Season 6 favorites! I love ya, DeLa. My remaining fave is Bianca Del Rio, although something about Adore is just glomming onto me, like syphilis. Winner? Nahhh, but she certainly has charisma.

Home a little early today but it’s pouring rain outside. Josh and I were planning on finding the Seattle version of Hawaiian plate lunch/dinner tonight, because we are missing Hawaii, beeg time. Aloha, blog!
