Hello Hello Hello! (I have to restrain myself at work sometimes from using that greeting in RuPaul’s voice). Welcome to Season 6, episode 6: “Oh No She Better Don’t”, featuring one of my favorite “Drag Race” traditions: The Library is Open! (because reading is what? Fundamental). My top quote this season came from who else? Bianca Del Rio, of course!

BAH HA HA that’s one to remember! Special guest judges included Trina and Eve, and the challenge was to star in a 90’s inspired rap video. Queens rapping in obnoxious 90’s-esque outfits? YES MA’AM! This episode is notable for Courtney Act’s glamorous sleep inspired final runway outfit, Adore pretty much killing it in the rap video, Darienne Lake being mean to Ben DeLaCreme which I do NOT APPROVE OF ONE BIT, and finally…I have to put a spoiler here: MILK IS ELIMINATED. Before Trinity, you say? How could such a thing be? Maybe RuPaul fell for Trinity’s fabulous Naomi Campbell-does-acid in the 1960’s-neon final look, because her lip sync wasn’t anything to write home about. Ah well. Milk, you’re a total weirdo and I love ya. That Pinocchio nose was Next Level Drag, dahling!

In other news, I’m 99.9999% sure I just got hired to work full-time at the job I’ve been temping for the last few months, so I am EXTREMELY happy about that! Finally! It has happened to me. Today: a little jog with the pets, and then later: “Coneheads” from Netflix. It was on the “saved” list for a shocking amount of time…I wonder if it’s as funny as I remember?
