Today’s color: PINK! Or “fishnet”, if you want to get into specifics, with a little “ransom” around the edges, and a big ol’ splash of M.A.C. loose glitter on top to round it out.

It’s been raining too hard to walk the dogs the last two days, so in today’s light sprinkle we went to a nearby school for a short walk. We were the only people there…except for a cop car, idling in the back of the parking lot. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, anything illegal (although if the cop hadn’t been there I certainly would have let them off the leash) and yet…I felt guilty and uncomfortable the entire time. Booooo, cops. Booooo.

Josh is off skiing today with his uncle and grandfather, and it’s about time I make the second pot of coffee of the day and give the ol’ Phyllis Diller painting a coating of something.
