I finally achieved my red hooded coat dreams! It’s so satisfying when my obsessive shopping needs are realized, shallow as it sounds. I haven’t bought a new coat since 2008, so you know. It was time. Anyway red is an exciting color and makes me want to…put on red lipstick and be all GLAM.

TOMORROW! I have to go grocery shopping today and start making some food items for the party, like deviled eggs (I hate peeling hard boiled eggs so much), cupcakes. The Boy wants me to make the white and dark chocolate pretzel “bones” like I did last year. We mutually decided no brains this year–nobody ever eats them, not even us.

I tried combing out my wig last night and turned it into a Hot Mess–but the Boy tells me it looks fine. Anyway, it’s Peg Bundy, God knows she IS a hot mess, right? Man I wish I had some chicken cutlets to stuff in my bra. I’m just gonna have to go old school and cram some socks in there, drag queen style.

Speaking of drag queens. This must be Sharon Needles’ favorite time of year!

Ooh! I sold a painting this morning! The glitter rainbow!

The buyer, Debra wrote: “Beautiful. I just bought it. Thanks. It’s for my son who says his favorite color is rainbow and he specifically wanted a sparkly rainbow in his room.”
