Important Questions, no carbs, and a sweet purse
My brother is in Scotland for an entire year to do mission work. He already went to Amsterdam earlier this year for the same purpose. That kid likes to travel!
Of course, he’s there on a Godly mission but I am nevertheless peppering him with Important Questions like: “Seen any cute chicks?” “Tried haggis yet?” “Will you come back with an accent?” (THAT, I would LOVE!)
Yesterday I felt faintly lightheaded and a little dizzy (only while looking down) for about 1/3rd of the day. We went for a family 3 mile hike at Discovery Park, which seemed to clear up the dizziness a little, but who knows what that was all about.
Side effect of low carb diet? Pregnancy? p.s., do you know how hard it is to exercise with no carbs in your system? Lord! I was panting on our walk. And I call myself Adventure Liz, pfff.
Then again, maybe long pants, a tee-shirt, a long john top and a down vest AND an ear flap hat were too much for that hike. A couple jogged past us, muscles gleaming, in shorts and tank tops. I was jealous. In more than one way.
I’m pretty obsessed with my current purse. Look at how well it matches Nature! It was 200 dollars originally, bought it new on eBay for 70 bucks. Nobody else even bid against me, which is the way I like it. Oh eBay, when you’re good, you’re really, really good.
Is it Friday??? I do believe so. What are you doing this weekend, blog-loggers? And do you have your Halloween costumes yet?
