Last night the Boy’s runner cousin asked me if I’d heard of the “Color Run”. Just the name alone got me excited! I just took a look at the website–YES MA’AM! Talk about perfect. It’s a 5K–that’s just 3 miles, and at each marker point they splash your white tee-shirt with a corresponding color, or, as I like to say, cuh–luh.

How perfect, because I was just whining that I didn’t get to participate in the Indian color festival Holi this year, where people shower each other with brightly colored powders (I’ve been drooling over the photos for years).

“ARE YOU READY TO JOIN SEATTLE COLOR MANIA???” asks the website, and the answer over here is a resounding yes! I mean, just watch the Las Vegas Color Run video and tell me, does this not look like pure fun?
