Thanks, muddy dog paws! Right now I am mostly focused on treadmill training myself to run (by alternating fast walking and slow jogging), but I like to mix in a little Pilates for strength training, or just a little yoga if I’m feeling lazy. Those 10 minute workout videos on Netflix are excellent for fast, A.D.D.-friendly workouts. Who doesn’t have 10 minutes to do the “mermaid”? Herm?
The Boy opening up the Randonee ski boots we successfully bid on/won from ebay. Turns out they are factory “seconds”, but they still worked well enough for him to take them out Monday.
Two more days of work left! Apparently I underestimated the challenge of working eight hour days again, mwa ha. I’ll remember next time.

I wore scrubs to work again because Wednesday is the crazy day for me–12 patients in all. I was antsy about it this morning, but now I have a feeling of accomplishment! No tears! Not even .25 mg of Xanax (today).
Two more days and we’ll have a little more money in the bank and I can resume my usual lifestyle of dogs + pettipants sewing…until the next job floats my way. There’s nothing wrong with work! In er, moderation. Moderation: a celebration. Alright that’s it I’m starving. So long, blog.
