So you’re going to try to lose 20lbs too? Stop the insanity sweetie and have ONE blizzard once in awhile. Great, so you guys are going to get inspired by ‘The Biggest Loser’ about people who have obesity issues? You don’t need motivation to lose weight when YOU ARE NOT fat, just do something to maintain whatever perfect weight you deem acceptable for your body. Best of all, the biggest gift you could ever give your body is to be happy with yourself, and realize how beautiful you are inside and out. So you gain 5lbs, then cut out the carbs…I feel like I could say this to you until I am as blue as my eyeshadow collection (And as Blithe as Miss Danner herself): I love YOU! You are an amazingly beautiful person.
The fabrics you’re using are fabulous for those little numbers you’ve whipped up for yourself! Glad you’re having so much fun making them!

He runs and rides his bike everywhere, isn’t that enough for his body? Is it not enough to be healthy? Sorry, I just do not understand this obsession with twigginess that encompasses lives when there isn’t a need for it. It makes me wonder which is healthier: the obsession with being skinny or doing what it takes to get there and maintain it. So yeah, what I said above still applies. Doing a yo yo on your body isn’t any better than stuffing your face fill of cheese for 4 weeks straight. Sorry, I just do not understand the obsession, it gets old.
