My blog was down last night, not through any fault of my own but my blog host’s. It made me nervous for a little while–back in 2010 my blog caught a yucky virus that also spread to my external hard drive and started eating up photos–and some of those were cute photos, mind you–not fun!

The Boy has decided that since I cried during Madonna’s halftime show last year that Superbowl Sunday is now a “special” time for us so he’s going to watch it here, at our house, instead of going, say, somewhere else. Which is fine. He spends half his weekend every weekend skiing so sometimes I miss the little guy. I doubt very much that having the Superbowl on will interfere with my goals today of 1. gym 2. paint nails and 3. sew silver miniskirt, rrrrright? p.s., Beyoncé does NOTHING for me. You? Her sister’s cool, though.
