She walking around looking like Michael with your money
Welp, I have successfully completed a 5 week job–the longest job the company I work for has booked for me since I started working for them last December. It was a great booking–I have to say, I’m a little sad to be leaving both of the buildings I worked at.
Now I have two weeks off before my next job to clean our dusty house and decorate it for our annual Halloween party. Earlier this year I was feeling like I was ready to not be the host this year, but the closer October crept the more I wanted to do it. It’s our one big party of the year, why not?
I also need to collect the rest of my Peg Bundy outfit. So far I have the wig and pedal pushers; I still need high-heeled tacky mules (hopefully with marabou feathers), something leopard-print and a big, wide belt to cinch whatever hideous top I end up wearing. And some plastic jewelry. Actually, I probably already have that covered–I brought home all my 90’s earrings from my parents house last year–and they are very Peg Bundy.
Whatever cold I thought I was getting yesterday has vanished (thanks, fruit punch EmergenC!), so I went to the gym this afternoon.
I saw my old personal trainer, you remember, the one who asked me a couple of weeks ago, “When are you due?” Well, she had her lips done, and they look TERRIBLE. And that makes me (horribly) very happy. I’m an awful person. Happy Friday!
I’m so glad you’re feeling better and absolutely over the moon about your rude trainer scoring herself some hideous fish lips! YAY!!!! Well that makes me an awful person too then – but I reckon it’s her karma coming back to bite her on the mouth – see what I did there? I’m just sooooo frickin’ funny;). I can’t wait to see your Peg outfit coz the wig is amazing! You could cut some marabou feathers off a boa and stick them on some wonderfully tacky mules! xo
Karma is right! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with me–ha, ha!
And yes–we are going shopping today, and I was hoping to find some plain mules that I can tackify up. I’m REALLY good at that! 🙂
